"The property needs a face lift big time. There was a wonky smell in each part of the hotel. The main lobby, second floor, walkway to San Fernando tower and our room. The smells were all different, but unpleasant. Staff was very, very good."

"So the price was decent. Staff was kind for sure. What I am disappointed in is how unclean our room was upon arrival. We entered into our room with hair on the floor, not like random, but lots long hair through out. Then we pulled the sheet back to find hair in the bedding. There were spider webs, dead bugs on the floor and the restroom and bedroom floors had not been clean because we bought cleaner and our rags we bought came out black after cleaning. As far as location, easy spot for highway or downtown. Didn't know they had coffee until the last day when another guest was asking. The pool was cloudy and was not inviting at all. Please note, you pay for what you get. After we clean I can say, the a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, I would just recommend that the management look into room inspections and clean with an expectation."

"Let's start from the lobby: very clean, very welcoming. The room seemed clean, but it was not. The restroom was dirty, very dusty, and the shower had poor maintenance with a rusted tub and shower head. The door was missing pieces, as if something had chewed on it. The bed mattress was the worst part for me; you could feel all the coils. It was very bad; you could see it just by looking at the bed—it was all bumpy. It definitely needs a new mattress. And one thing I left wondering was if they had some type of bug because we left with bumps on our legs and arms. Do not recommend."
