"had a wonderful stay in the one-bedroom lake-view suite at The Saddlery. The suite was beautiful, spotless, and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay, and the lake views (especially from the rooftop) were absolutely stunning.
The communication from the team was excellent. When I needed to extend my stay by an extra night, they made the process seamless by combining my reservations so I didn't have to check out and move rooms. The check-in instructions and directions for accessing the building and amenities were clear and easy to follow.
A couple of minor things to note: the high ceilings add a lot of character to the space, but they don't do much to dampen sound from neighboring units. I could hear heavy footsteps from the guests upstairs and ended up using earplugs at night. Also, the shower didn't get quite as hot as I prefer.
Overall, these were small issues compared to the many positives. The location, views, cleanliness, amenities, and outstanding customer service made for a great stay, and I would happily stay here again."
