"My husband & I stayed here for a little weekend getaway and we absolutely LOVED The Laura! It’s conveniently located (it’s right by Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar— which we loved), all staff were very nice, it is immaculately kept, the hotel itself is beautiful, our room was huge + pretty & modern. Overall it was a wonderful & very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend😊
Only cons: One morning we decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant inside of the hotel— Hull & Oak. We ordered very basic biscuits & gravy w/ a side of roasted potatoes. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive to our table. The food was just okay. Definitely don’t go if you’re starving, if you want to check it out for yourself. And the other con is we did not have a fridge in our room.. huge bummer for us. We like to keep our drinks cold, leftovers in there, etc. So that was a let down.
