A party was going on above us all night and also when we got home my wife found that she was bitten by bed bugs. She is still working on healing up the bites. We were very disappointed by this property.

The property is in a nice area, very quiet and restful. The complimentary breakfast was a little lacking, since there were no meat offerings. Only issue was the staff 'cleaned' my room but didn't change the sheets, left a dirty pillowcase on the bed and made my bed with my t-shirt still in the bed.

I ended up getting Covid 19 before I was supposed to check in and wasn’t able to cancel. I called the hotel and they would not refund me for my stay and deposit. Basically they did not care.

Good for a overnight trip
The location is close to many eateries and Bally’s casino. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Tv did not work and did not want to call someone at 2am to fix it. I think some others had problems with Tv because I heard several calls come in about their tv when I was checking in. The ac did not work well. There needs to be blower on it to circulate in the room. It was set on 68 but it was not blowing through the room.

The property is old and is desperately in need of renovation. The room and entry area were not clean. The personnel at check in had several archaic activities required of me prior to getting the key. Breakfast was scanty and not competitive to other chains. Never will go to that property again and quite frankly I question going to the Comfort Suite anywhere.

Mangar cancelled our check in. I called and told Comfort Inn and told them we were going to check in 1 day late we made arrangement over the phone that we would be late. Her manager cancel our registration after the first night. When we show up Saturday. They would not let is check in. we spend up to 11:30 pm arguing with the lady. we left. not a way to do business......we neve was aloud to check in........

For what we paid for this room, it was small. I was asked to wait 5 minutes before I could check in even though it was 3:30. There were hardly any channels on the TV and the paper guide in the room did not correspond with the channels. We left a day early even though we could not get a refund!! Small amount of food for breakfast. Will not stay again.

It seemed clean enough, just rundown. Sofa in room was a little stained. Shower was a little off, had an adjustable showerhead but only 1 setting worked very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Overall fine for a business overnight.

Not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Was woken up at 2-3am each night. Walls are paper thin. Bed spread was ripped and filthy. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in some time. Breakfast was average at best. Can't get that sleep back.
