"Great location for a night stops over to catch an early flight next day as it is near the KKIA airport. hotel surrounding full of eatery and pubs for a meal to drinks. set back only that the place can be noisy at night but overall i would recommend this place for reasonable prices for good bed, bathroom and no worries for food and drinks. would come back to stay here for a short stay. "The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. "

"The hotel is a bit too old and need a renovation, especially the bathroom and the toilet bowl. The AC is too old and not cold enough. The pics are outdated. No elevator. Not for people with many luggages to stay. Staff allowed me to change another room but still quite disappointing. "

"The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again."
