It may be the nicest Djerba has to offer. A large and very likely formerly grand but currently shabby. I assume cost control is a priority so the air conditioning is limited to not go below a certain level. It was so hot in the room, I did not sleep for 3 nights. Took 4 service calls, which were unresponsive and finally the manager, who had it turned down 1 single degree. Food was not good. I ordered in perfect French and still has to send it back twice due to not being well-done as ordered

Extremely friendly staff in all departments, very patients and supportive of my old parents. Very beautiful and extremely well maintained park with palm trees Very nice beach with extremely kind persons to help and maintain a perfectly cleaned beach.

Amazing stay! Only wish we stayed longer!
The hotel was beyond our best expectations, it was nestled on a perfect stretch of beach to view and enjoy the Mediterranean. The service was wonderful as the staff and concierge were extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. The food at the multiple restaurants located on the premises was convenient and delicious! If we were to go back to visit Djerba, this hotel would be our first choice to stay at hands down!

I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a calm and great stay. The suite is spacious clean and wonderful. The balcony is spacious and intime as well. I was there with my wife and my 3 months kid. The salted pool is very nice!

Great suite
Amazingly large suite in a modern and beautiful hotel. Everything was great except the breakfast which was good but not at the level expected for a five star hotel.

Le personnel est très sympa et cherche vraiment à vous faire passer un séjour agréable. Note spéciale au super "prof" de voile qui nous a fait faire un tour de catamaran (qui appartient à l'hôtel, il faut en profiter) et qui nous a prodigué nombre de conseils pour faire du parasailing etc... Les piscines extérieures sont hyper sympa et pratiques. Il y avait tellement peu de monde lorsque nous y étions que c'était de vraies vacances reposantes !!! Il n'y a pas les 5 étoiles car le manque de personnel pour dîner le soir est criant (2h30 pour 3 plats !) et la piscine intérieure est vide et inaccessible (il faudrait au moins prévenir).
