Stayed here before. 2 minutes from the A6. 20 walk to the centre of Beaune. Great staff, good rooms and a staggering good meal.

Probably the least friendly hotel we have stopped at. Felt processed on arrival, no friendly welcoming, curtly told the restaurant was fully booked, unable to charge anything to the small austere room. Are all the staff trained not to smile?

Great hotel, good amenities. Would stay again.
Used as a stopover on our way back to UK. Good hotel, friendly staff and good amenities. Nice to eat in restaurant and be catered for gluten free as coeliac it was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Good place for an overnight stopover. Staff friendly & helpful. Good car parking & wi-fi. Only complaint was slow service at dinner time for some people, even one table waiting over an hour for main course, with the starter served twice.

A modern hotel
A one night stay while travelling long distance. Very smart hotel with well equipped rooms and modern decor. Swimming pool a definite bonus with lots of seating around it. Breakfast was good with large variety to choose from. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Free car parking was also very useful

Ideal overnight.
Ideal overnight stay, close to the autoroute, calm and peaceful although only 3 minutes to the toll booths. Very good restaurant and a swimming pool if you fancy a dip.

Ok for 1 night
Bedroom was very basic - few amenities - ok for 1 night only - very small bathroom with shower -small handbasin area - no frills - only 2 towels. Bed was comfortable & fresh. Restaurant was a bit rushed with service - no break between starter & main course & then asked about dessert as plates were cleared - could have been all over in half an hour!! Not a cosy experience - brightly lit & spacious - lacking charm. Fondue was very popular - at least you wouldn't be rushed with that! Breakfast was ok - fresh fruit & coffee machine were very good. Covid precautions very much adhered to. Reasonable room & breakfast rate also a swimming pool for the summer a nice bonus.

One night stopover Calais to Cannes. Perfect, could not have been bettered. Good clean and comfortable room, terrace dining as weather was fantastic, by the swimming pool, excellent meal and glass of wine !

Comfortable stay
The room and shower room were very clean and social distancing was in place at reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple more hand sanitiser dispensers would have been good, one on each floor, as it was necessary to open doors to the stairs using handles. The public areas are a little tired but the rooms have been upgraded and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant or use the pool. The hotel is well located for the motorway and the car park is secure.

Good location to break a long journey
Good location to break a long drive through France. Close to motorway. Couldn't get into restaurant because I hadn't pre-booked, but there were a few others close by and millions of lovely-looking ones in Beaune historic centre itself (which was easily walkable).

Standard Ibis - Restaurant service much improved
I frequently use this hotel en-route to Switzerland. In th e past I have criticised the restaurant (which is open on Sundays) for very slow service. However, on this occasion I was very pleasantly surprised that despite being quite busy and apparently having only two waiting staff, the service was excellent. The waitress pointed out an alternative to the entrecote I had selected as a main course - a plat du jour that was much cheaper and although a little smaller, was just as good (in fact, there was as much as I could eat). I ordered 6 escargots to start, but discovered that one of them had left home. I ate the other 5 and when I politely pointed out the absent snail, I was presented with another full 6, complements of the chef! My only criticism was that the glass of house red wine, poured by hand at the table by the male waiter, appeared to contain rather less than a similar glass poured for the rather attractive lady at the next table! However that was a small criticism. The room itself was standard Ibis - very basic but clean, with a comfortable bed. I shall continue to use this hotel for en-route night-stops.

Amazing quality for the price. BBC always good to find on the channels. HDMI options on the tv were good to allow you to watch something from your iPad. Staff were really friendly. There was an extra tax that had to be paid on arrival, that I didn’t appreciate, but will probably take this up with Expedia at some point
