I called as per the sign left at the front desk when I went to check in and the woman that answered was short and snippy with me that she was ‘at another property and it would be a bit until could come check me in’ I said no problem thank you. Thankfully the gentleman that came over and checked me in was wonderful. The rooms are dated, the drink machine on main floor is heating drinks and not cooling them. Nothing major wrong, just small things that added up.

Front desk clerk extremely helpful; bathroom appears clean; a large chunk of something?? Stuck to curtain and I removed with wet one but housekeeping should have easily seen and cleaned; very good value for money but tired looking and in need of updating and good carpet cleaning

Property is and could be really nice but staffing needs addressed. Room was not very clean. Attention to detail is not the focus here. It was also disclosed to me that they borrow the night guy from the neighboring hotel for the night shift. Nobody was present in the lobby unless phoned from front desk. I stayed in 101 and it needs a deep clean. Soap scum in tub and counter tops had pieces of someone’s dinner behind bathroom sink. Cushion chair in room was stained and cushion had not been removed to clean chips pet hair and other debris. Wished I’d taken photos. Property is nice and has lots of potential but needs staff that care. Shout out to Josh, he was very professional!

First impression was a dark parking lot with limited parking. Side indoor stairs were dirty. Lobby stank of chlorine from the pool area. Front desk worker was EXCELLENT. He was very polite. We were given a room that had been reported to staff was clean but it wasn't. My daughter opened the door and there was a black object on the unmade bed and it stunk of cigarette smoke. I went to the desk, he was very apologetic and I was quickly given another room. The second room had a liquor bottle in the drawer that my 8 yr old son immediately found; he always looks through the drawers. One of the pillows had a blood stain on the pillow as well as the first pillowcase. The outer case was clean. I brought the pillow to the desk. Again he was very apologetic. I asked for a refund. He completely understood and issued it. I haven't seen the pending charge drop off My account yet; the stay was for Sunday night and today is Tuesday morning. There was NOTHING wrong with the front desk worker. He was always polite and professional. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel staff was awesome. Pool and hot tub were awesome but the room it's self looked like it hadn't been cleaned.No coffee cups,creamer or sugar for coffee. Had to go down stairs for that. They do not serve breakfast or any kind.

Overall a good stay. The room was cold due to chilly weather outside and wall unit heat/AC didn't work very well. Otherwise it was comfortable.

The staff was welcoming when I entered, plenty of parking but no areas where pets can go bathroom was ever pointed out. The bathroom was not very clear so I skipped a shower until my next destination.

Nice clean hotel. Up-to-date. Enjoyed our stay there. Missed daily room service & breakfast but hardly anywhere has that anymore. Darn Covid messed that up for everyone. We did only see hotel staff the first night we checked in after calling them on a phone on the desk. There was a sign there all the time that said they stepped away & to dial zero on the phone if help was needed. Every time we went thru the lobby the 4 days we were there no one was ever at the desk. But I guess they were only a phone call away & we didnt have any issues so it worked.

The Heritage Hotel is a cute little hotel, but no one works there. The lobby is dirty, breakfast is no longer offered even though the breakfast room was on the web site and getting anyone's attention was not possible. However, it is a cute hotel, the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet.

No one was at desk to check us in and we called number and yelled in back room and on housekeeping doors for over an hour. Finally when we went next door to a different hotel to get a room the clerk there knew the manager for heritage and called him to come check us in. We never saw another staff person after. The bathrooms were overflowing by pool area.

Great place to stay near Roosevelt National Park
The Heritage Hotel in Dickinson, ND was an excellent choice! The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient. The manager here is a one man band due to a lack of other employees, but he’s doing a super job!

This hotel is getting the rating only because the beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water and good water pressure. The exercise room was not cleaned (towels picked up / garbage take out) all weekend; the lobby bathroom was closed as it was out of order, the front glass doors hadn't been cleaned in a long time, etc. I think the person who checked me in was the only person working all weekend. I will think twice before staying here again I hope the management can get it together and fix the obvious.

Pay the employees more! Lots broken.
Hot Tub didn't work. Couldn't start the jets. Had to request a second towel. KNOB FELL OFF shower. Lucky to reattach it. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty amazing though He was extremely accommodating to the issues we dealt with. Good man IMHO. Randall

Great price for a clean comfortable room. The king size bed was comfortable. The hot tub was just what we needed after hiking Theodore Roosevelt National Park that day.

Lobby was very nice with a good breakfast area, but no breakfast due to not enough staff. But the room rate was under $100 and it was well worth that. Very roomy king suite. One issue was our toilet seat was breaking away from toilet. There was no one around to tell.

Service is poor! Desk front person is not always there and you have to use their phone to call . Deaf person can't call and I have to ask anyone is around to help.
