Amazing character set in a beautiful village location, close to all the beaches for the children but far enough away from the crowds and traffic in August. "We had a wonderful stay on Dartmoor. It was blissfully quiet and the views and walks on your doorstep were stunning. The property was just as described and provided everything we required. We wanted to get away from the normal busy life for a week of rest along with being with nature and the outdoors. "We really enjoyed our stay at Elbury Farm. Everything was just as described and it was very clean. It has a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need. There was plenty of storage space for our family of four with a lovely garden overlooking open fields. The property is located at the end of a lane, and it feels very rural but a newly built village just a mile and a half away has a supermarket, chip shop and pharmacy etc. Kathryn, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful with a query we...

"Spoilt for comfortable roomy rooms and they're all fitted out with interesting items (I think Andy's been watching Salvage Hunters 🤣). We sat outside in the evening to watch incredible sunsets over the sea. Also, it's all Exmoor National park, so walking is a must. Only gripe was the oven wasn't getting up to heat very well. We would definitely go again."

"Lovely large rambling farmhouse not far from two great Devonian towns, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Very comfortable with all necessary on site facilities except laundry (launderette in either D or T), including two playful collies and a bonus half size snooker table. A couple of issues with bathroom plumbing and lighting but nothing to detract from a warm half term staycation with the family."
