The bathtub was discolored and dirty The sheets had lipstick on them I asked for them to be changed the attendant brought in mix match sheets and cover not even a comforter to cover the bed. The refrigerator was replaced with a dingy yellow stain refrigerator with roach eggs Ian the fridge show it had not been cleaned.. there was not one handicap accessible bathroom on this property my dad almost fell in the bathroom. I was told that if he fall they can call EMS to help him get up.. to which I decided no I’m not even going to take that risk he could get hurt or break a bone if he fell in that tiny bathroom. The toilet was too low for him to squat to safely.. This place looked nothing like the pictures. Very unclean place with no pool or jacuzzi Disgusting

The receptionist was like a kid or something, he didn’t know what he was doing, nearly overcharged me for a deposit, kept cutting me off when I spoke and seemed frustrated. Was probably in a rush to get back outside and smoke. Needs to take his job a little more serious and treat all customers with the same patience and respect.

The workers were nice and helpful. The room was low grade, the door didn't seem to have a seal around it because when i closed and locked the door, i could stll see light from the outside from where the door meets the door jam. The carpet was dirty, the blankets had burn spots, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and leaning to the left side, a screen missing on the left side window, there were many bags of trash piled up in stairwell near the exit to the parking lot, possibly a holding area for later pickup, bad smell and not sanitary.
