While our pool and hot tub are open, there are times we do need to perform maintenance that results in a temporary closure. We're sorry this had a negative impact on your stay. Dear Thomas, I sincerely apoligize that your stay wasn't as good as you had hoped. We waited a long time to get the parts for the hot tub and it was finally working as of last Friday. The shower/pilot note I had never heard before and we certainly don't restrict the hours people can take a shower based on other guests. I am very sorry for that, too. I am sorry you the room doors were loud. Although its not something I notice, I'm smart enough to know the real hotel experts are the people that stay with us! I will certainly refer this to maintenance.
