The staff was friendly and helpful. Marissa checked us in. She was informative and accommodating. The staff at breakfast was also kind and accommodating, especially to the 5 children in our group. The rooms were recently updated and very comfortable and clean. Great stay, overall!

I enjoyed the newly renovated room, especially the lounge area, as we had down time and it was nice to have a place to sit. My only concern was the bathroom mirror/lighting. It was not helpful for putting on makeup. Very nice looking, but not strong enough or centered. I have found this in several hotels, not just this one. Front desk staff was great, personable and helpful.

Room was unique and well laid out, very comfortable. Pool was nice. Hotel is understaffed and were unable to deliver a ready to occupy hotel room by check in time.

The carpet was stained, the room was smelly and had to buy Febreeze to sustain it, furniture was outdated, but I know the property is going through a complete makeover, and hope I will revisit it when the work is completed.

Trying hyatt was the best decision ever!!!
Absolutely loved our stay! Staff was amazing and accomodating. We stayed in one of the floors that have not been updated yet but we had everything we needed and i really loved the set up of the rooms it felt more like a suite than a regular room with a seating area with a couch and desk and small sink area with fridge and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free breakfast was very good and better than most hotel breakfasts we've had in the past. I jave always been a loyal hampton customer but after a horrible stay last year with them i decided to try something different and im so glad i did. This was our first stay at a hyatt place We had a really nice stay! AND WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WHEN BACK TO VISIT THE AREA!!!

Big floor stain in middle of the room. One of the evelators did not work. Stains on the couch. Tried to take my granddaughter the pool twice, both times it closed for "cleaning". Microwave did not work. For the kind of money they charge for the room, I expected much better.

It was a great stay. In town to visit my oldest. There was a few stains on the couch as well as very faded material along with the curtain. The chair was scratched up as well. Service is always amazing. Just dissapointed in the quality of furniture.

Poor lighting in the facility, one elevator was not working at all, the functional elevator shook and rattled upon reaching your floor. Rooms are dated but clean. Facility is near the highway so the noise is very prevalent. Breakfast looked good, I just grabbed some fruit. Worth $190 USD? No way. Will go back running to the Hampton Suites

- Reception took Credit Card and failed to tell that they swiped to charge me Incidental charges - Dirty bandage left on the ground - Stair exit does not access main floor, only to outside - Outside of washroom doorknob came off - Single coffee maker look like missing parts to make coffee - Rugs in hallway and room in need of cleaning as I do have dust allergies - Cable sucks - Sofa like rug in need of some tender care - One elevator down out of two: smelly, scary as kind of in need of servicing

5 start rooms. I travel for business all the time and I always have a hard time finding a nice location for an affordable rate. This is it! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Out of the last 30 hotels I have stayed at, this is in the top 3! Thank you. Hyatt is definitely going to be my choice moving forward.
