The rooms were great bed was very comfy the pool and hot tub was a plus for the kids breakfast was awesome The only thing i didnt like was there was no water pressure in the shower but other then that our 2 night stay was great

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Was in town for the Michigan game and was an easy 40 min commute to the game. Only complaint is the streetlight shining in the window at night, blackout curtains would have been great.

Convenient location for the Suburban Collection Showplace venues. The staff was terrific. My only complaint was a dark black hair prominently displayed on my off-white shower floor. It's just a thing with me...I'd stay here again.

Very disappointed in this hotel…they didn’t give us the room we reserved, the bathroom was dirty, we didn’t receive housekeeping and our room keys didn’t work. Loud guests well into the morning hours kept us awake and none of the staff seemed to care about any of these issues. Would not recommend staying at this property.

I am sorry you feel you didn't get the room you reserved when in fact you did get the 2-queen bed you reserved and we also gave you a rollaway at no charge and as for the housekeeping services You did have a DND on your door and since my staff didn't check again after noon I gave you a discount for your troubles.

We had a great stay at this holiday inn! We checked in late at night and left the next day, but the facility was super clean and friendly staff. Bed was super comfy and they had a delicious spread of hot or cold food in their breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend!

The night manager on 4/22/23 failed to enforce hotel policies regarding minors being supervised in the pool and spa. There was a huge group of preteen girls in the pool unsupervised and running through the corridors from 7:00-11:30 pm. Despite mentioning to the night manager that they were really noisy, nothing was said to them or their parents. At 1:15 am, a huge group of wedding attendees came back to the hotel drunk and were so loud in the lobby that they woke us up, then they preceded to wake others on the second floor near their rooms and get complaints well after 2:30 am. Despite calls to the reception desk, the drunk noisy guests were not asked to leave the hotel. At 4:30 am, a small group of the wedding guests went outside the hotel about 15 feet from our window and proceeded to drink and smoke/vape and talk loudly for a half hour. We got less than 3.5 hours of sleep as a result of the noise. At no time did the night manager actually enforce the hotel’s policies about unsupervised minors or noisy unruly guests. Extremely poor management: I let the front desk know upon checkout about how unhappy I was with the experience and the lack of sleep and have not been contacted by the general manager at all.

We do respond to guests acting up and I am truly sorry that you had a terrible time at our hotel. I am not going to make excuses for thy behavior of the wedding guest but I was also told that there was indeed parents at pool .I will like to offer you something for your experience.

The hotel accommodated our needs but we were t impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. There were hand prints all over the room mirror and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower. We also never received new linen or room cleaned for our second night stay.
