the lobby was really spectacular. the hotel clean and room was very comfortable. there was a wedding party and we never heard anyone after turning in.

The free breakfast was terrible. The coffee was very bad. Even the scrambled egg was not done right. Only one type of bread. The muffin was hard and not at all tasty. For the high room rent, I expected much better breakfast. I would have walked to McDonalds for breakfast if the weather wasn't cold. And the TV in the dining area was just an antenna one and so very few channels.

The staff was amazing esp the lady who takes care of the breakfast. She was kind and made us feel right at home. She kept everything clean and well stocked and went above and beyond for numerous travelers. The housekeeping just seemed annoyed but front desk and breakfast staff, AMAZING

This hotel uses an ozone air purifier which I personally am excited by. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room's design was very comfortable All staff were friendly and courteous.

Customer service was good, especially the breakfast service. I had 2 toddlers with me and they wanted just sausage and just sausage was exactly what they got! Pool was cold, beds were comfortable, mold in the shower, and girls thought the hiding spots in the room were COOL!

The hotel & staff were great! Even though it was no fault to the hotel the inconsiderate people above us were rude! Please when staying at a hotel be respectful of other guests! Especially if you have unruly children!est!

Nice room but hotel needs a better breakfast.
Room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Shower's water pressure was weak and the breakfast was the worst I've experienced in at least 10 years of business travel.

Staff was very helpful. Room was stuffy with strange order, had to air it out. Beds are pretty awful. Breakfast offering was horrible. At 6:15, mostly empty, nearly no fruit, 2 slices of bread, opened a yogurt that was curdled, egg sandwich inedible. Worst ever.
