Broken elevator was a pain but not that big of a deal. Room was very clean as was rest of hotel despite renovations going on.

I didn't know they would charge me $250 for the night until I was already in my room. I had bought the room a week in advance. Usually Expedia or the website says something before that. I'm out of $250 for a few days now. I understand a fee for damages and all that but $250 is ridiculous. I don't plan on staying at another Comfort Inn.

Unfortunately during my stay the hotel was going through renovations. Kind of hard to ding a hotel's rating for updating but it would have been nice to know prior to my arrival that the renovations were going on. I travel home to Detroit 2 to 3 times a year and after my last go to hotel for the last 14 years started smelling like a weed factory it was time to find a new place.. I am extremely happy with the comfort inn and I've already booked a return visit for August

The property is under construction, so not the normal breakfast. One thing unusual, that I don’t like: the king bed rooms, and some of the double queens don’t have walls between the bedroom and the bathroom. Carefully check the pictures. There is just a curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom. That means all the bathroom noises and lights will come right through to the bedroom.

Arrived with business associate. Booked 2 bed standard room through Expedia. Arrived was told I booked a jacuzzi room. I was stuck with room bc they had no other room available I was told. I had to find another hotel for my associate since there was no walls around the bathroom. The hotel is also under construction and not mentioned on Expedia or hotel. Breakfast was bagel served in a makeshift room the size of a closet Fridge microwave and coffee maker in room didn’t work. There was no power to the “amenities “.

The property was clean however it is outdated. With that said the hotel is under renovations. There is a 250.00 dollar hold which I also found quite high for the hotel. Overall the hotel was good for the price

The staff here is the best I’ve seen in 30 years of business travel. So polite and caring. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Room was very nice and much better than I expected. Great breakfast!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Under renovations so a bit messy and did not like that people were smoking right outside the entrance and had to walk past them especially smoking weed and we had kids. The place definitely needs renovations as it is very dated. It was clean for the most part. Very weird that bathroom and bedroom areas were open to each other through the shower/tub! Just a shower curtain on each side.
