I was expecting to stay at the Baymount Hotel and later realized A Victory Hotel took over. You can tell they are currently remodeling and trying to make improvements. They do have a shortage of towels. The bed sheets had a few stains on them and holes. The water for bathing took 20 minutes to get hot in the morning; in the evening however, it took 2 minutes for it to become hot. The door to the room wasn't as secure as I would like it. The wall had a small hole in it. The mini fridge was not clean. The freezer had mold in it and the fridge didn't get as cold. The microwave in the room worked however it didn't have microwave plate to place food on. If you choose to stay here, bring your Lysol wipes, disinfecting spray, wall plug-ins, and prepare to clean to get a fresh smelling room. Overall, the price you pay is what you get. You don't have to pay a deposit so that's a bonus. You have access to a pool and a fitness room.

The lady Danielle at the front desk was very very rude to me . Hollering using a lot of hand moving . All because I mentioned to her that my heat and hot water was not working . 45 minutes went by and I never heard anything else I was told to let the water run not thinking 45 minutes into the water running still no hot water she even told me I could leave . All I requested was a room change I was there for 2 days still no room exchange . Very disappointing

Don’t bother going here unless you like nothing in your room to work - water, tv, broken furniture and lamps, one staff member was nice (60is year old man) but the others are rude and accuse the customer of being a nuisance when brining up said issues when their hotel is bad. Good luck to this place I hope it turns around. So bad I’m inspired to write this on Shabbos as the situation is ongoing.

The receptionist took me to 3 rooms that were all filthy. The shower head was broken off in 1 and 1 had dried up vomit on the carpet. There was no staff ; therefore, it’s had to keep the place up, she tried to explain. She gave me a very difficult time approving my refund.

When I first entered the hotel all I smelt was cigarette smell The back door was broke propped open where anybody can walk in The hotel smelt bad they gave me a non-smoking room so the whole floor smelt just like cigarettes and when I entered the room it was a strong smell of unclean cleanliness cigarettes and other smells room was not dusted and clean property tub was dirty bathroom was not clean smell of roaches fumes and other insects The Jacuzzi wasn't even fixed and the pool really look like it needed to be cleaned

Property was not cleaned properly. I asked for extra towels and never got them. Room didn't have ice bucket. There was exploded soda dropping on wall and ceiling from previous guest. Shower was dirty with black around. Hair was filthy, couldnt even sit in it. Horrible stay. Very horrible on the cleanliness.

I want my money back I purposely purchased the insurance for my stay!!!! There was ketchup and bbq sauce stains on the walls in the first room we were in there were stains on the sheets as well! It was disgusting my children asked to leave I asked the young lady to give us another room she put us in another one! This room there was no lock on the door! Carpet was filthy I told my son we had to make it work! When we decided to finally unwind and go for a swim we undressed I went into the bathroom l, I then turned on the lights and several ROACHES came out the damn blue. I am traumatized disgusted and overall mad as hell! I drew the line there and we checked out the hotel I then called Expedia to attempt to get my money back . And you denied me! What was the point of purchasing insurance if I am not protected! The only option they offered me was that the same hotel told Expedia I can be placed in ANOTHER DAMN ROOM absolutely not! I took my children and got far away! I am so displeased with EXPEDIA! Mind you (the person/s reading this I just moved back to my hometown and me and my children are living out my truck that was my last 80 I didn’t that I can’t get back! I will be taking this higher above, however else I need to go to seek justice!

Called ahead to make sure pool and hot tub were working and available. Woman at desk said they were. They were NOT. Entire reason I booked was to soak and rehab my knee. Room was awful, I will leave it at that. Will NEVER go back.

Roaches&Threats
It was horrible, we went for my birthday just to hangout wasn’t expecting anything more for what we paid but I didn’t expect this place to have roaches,ants, no hot water, false advertisement for breakfast and a jacuzzi, the blankets had stains on them and the dresser drawers were disgusting and have not been wiped out. We couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t notice any of these things within the first 15 minutes and I think it’s ridiculous we also got 2 double bedrooms at first but then had to get one double room, and 2 single and the reason being is one double room 111 didn’t lock and it reeked like cat pee. We also got threatened to leave when we told someone checking in that there was roaches and if we would of known better we wouldn’t have spent 315 for a crappy stay, after we told the man there was roaches the young lady from the front desk came upstairs to one of our rooms and threatened to kick us out if we kept telling people there was roaches because they have to give the guy a refund, the young lady even admitted she knows they have roaches but she said my boss found it disrespectful we told the dude about it. I would not recommend this hotel coming from a 17 year old and a group of my friends, honestly if anyone ever got the chance the hotel needs to be sued.

The pool was down, we were told. It would be up in a couple hours, and it never opened up, there were guests running up-and-down the hallway, and nobody was saying anything. A few rooms people were playing Loud. Music office didn't say anything, and at 12:30 AM. Somebody from management came banging on our door waking us up just to ask us if we're staying the night. The room condition was horrible, there was mildew everywhere. The ceiling was falling apart. There was poop on the walls.

There’s stains all over the bed. There’s a bunch of stuff under the bed like pop bottles and trash. The floors were nasty and wouldn't even walk on them barefoot. There’s pubic hairs in the towels I couldn't even shower. The chair was all sticky the tables look like they haven’t been wiped in a week.

The website is deceitful, the outside looks great however the hotel was very unclean, the rooms had an odor, they charge 20.00 a day extra to use the pool and the one computer in the business area was down, the towels and bed linen were horribly dingy, the tubs were horribly stained, shower curtains in the bath rooms were filthy stained, the head boards on the bed were leather with huge rips, no coffee pots in the rooms or hotel lobby, the microwave and refrigerator were horrible looking. Tried opening up the cabinet on the tv stand and it fell on me because it was off the hinges. The hotel floors in the hall ways were filthy. No access to the fitness center it was closed. It was a horrible experience however they were courteous and gave me a full refund through expedia.
