"I reserved and paid for my stay through Hotels.com yet received an additional checkout bill for taxes. This was not disclosed to me at checkin and I do not have an explanation for the additional charges. Other than that, the facilities and stay were fine. The 24/7 airport shuttle is a valuable amenity."

"Loved all the staff at San Marello! Top notch people! Shinola the front desk employees need to stop talking to each other and pay more attention to the guests. When you just leave your luggage with the man at the counter to store for you and you literally come back 10 minutes later and he can't even remember who you are by your face, there's an issue! Especially for what you pay for a room and I've stayed there many times! I'm even a foundry member of The Shinola Store!"

"Location is easy walking distance to many locations or hop on the free People Mover two blocks away, or the free trolley or hop on a $2 bus. Perfect for those without a car. Full kichen and stackable laundry in the room. Sleeper sofa in LR and bedroom is a seperate room for privacy. I appreciated all the convenience and comfort."
