"The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms."

"Love every single thing about this hotel. The place is very close to the station, gives free access to the park and hot spring, and have really beautiful place for breakfast facing mount fuji. Can't ask for a better place to stay. They have a wonderful customer service too. Highly recommended! ❤️ "

"Location of hotel is excellent for full view of Mt Fuji. However, it may be tricky to locate if you are taking public transport. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. Not for travellers who are in a rush. Take time to enjoy the peace, tranquil and refresh oneself."
