"Hotel was nice! Close to the river, convenient place. The service was great. However, the room was not good. Although we asked for non- smoking the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."

"Such an inviting jungle like retreat! A staff member met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel. The superior suite room was wonderful, especially with the natural hot springs hot tub! Would have liked a little more attention advertised as special services that go along with the room choice. Food was bountiful and tasty! Staff very attentive in the dining room!"

"Location is a bit far from Plaza de Armas, where all the restaurants and action is. You could take Uber which would be very cheap and worth the savings for the hotel. Breakfast is included and wifi was great. They had a water station as well. Front desk staff was not in the best of moods, probably one of the colder exchanges I've had in all of Peru, but bang for buck this place is not bad. Just not close to anything"

"I think there is no best place to stay at in Mancora, my stay was great. The pool was amazing and the staff over the charts. If I'm ever in Mancora again, I'd come back here without doubt "

"Cosy and rural plaze built into the trees. Friendly staff and good food. Only 5 minutes drive from Santa Teresa and about 30 minutes from the Hidroeléctrica train station that goes to Machu Picchu. There is a nice river close to the hotel, which you can hear from the hotel. "

"We rented a car and drive here from Arequipa airport for the weekend. Words cannot describe the amazing weekend my friends and I had. The spa, the views, the thermal waters, etc. you have to experience it for yourself. I will definitely be retuning! "
