"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

"The apartment was located in a very convenient part of Budapest -- basically, right on the Danube and a block or two away from one of the bridges to cross the river. The unit is situated in a courtyard so was very quiet. "It is near public transport, only 5mins walk away from the underground station. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. We had a good sleep as the bed is so comfy. Lastly, it would be a 5 star rating if the staff could have been friendly, welcoming and smiling."
