"The location is great for the hotel, it is store, restaurant bank and close to everything. The staff are helpful and courteous. The hotel rooms are spacious for one person and always clean. I really enjoy staying at this hotel and location, its 3 times I have visited here. Each time its been very pleasant"

"We had a wonderful stay at No. 5 Valley Lodge. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Frankie was the best. He arranged everything for us from national park tickets, meals, transportation. Anything we ever needed. They were also available through wechat at all times if we had any questions. The hotel is far from downtown (if you want to go to other destinations) but very close to Zhangjiajie NP. Highly recommend this place and we would absolutely book again if we come back. "
