"Excellent hotel, extremely well organised and all aspects managed to a high standard. Our entire stay was flawless from check in, housekeeping, breakfasts, club facilites and checkout. All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. AN excellent choice. "

"Location a little inconvenient to get to the East Rail line stations if travelling only by MTR. I.e location is physically very close to Sha Tin and Fo Tan stations if you take the local buses. Google maps works very well."

"Cleaning is not that satisfactory. Carpet has dirts and need to clean up in every part of the hotel. Cleaners not well cleaned though beds are made and toilets cleaned - the desk top are not touched."
