"The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves. "This was a total catastrophe. We had made this booking several months in advance. It was our first destination on our 50th anniversary tour. First off, we arrived totally jet lagged hoping for a place to recuperate only to find it was closed until May 30. We received no notification from the hotel or Hotel.com. A local kid found someone to open a room, but it was very substandard for the price. Never again. And I am not happy with Hotel.com for letting this happen."

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. "This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I may do it again as there is much I have still missed on my two trips to Aigues-Mortes. It is very convenient to the walled city and the train station which comes in from Nimes. I'd make a stay of it if you like to visit the Camargue, have good food (go to the smaller restaurants for dinner, but the ones in the Plaza are good for lunch).
