"initially the room temperature were cool enough, 21ºC. When I complained, the receiption promised to send me the technician by tomorrow. When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary. Tomorrow morning I complained cause of insomnia due to cold in the room. Finally she called a man to brought the heater fan to overcome. Basically the receiptionist was reluctant to do...

"We absolutly loved it at santa land we enjoy the quiet so it was lovely to more or less have the place to ourselves the only downside was alot was closed but we werr ok with that we still got to see amd do alot"

"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

"When we booked this hotel, we thought it was only a hotel. But, it is actually so much more! It is an Olympic training center, so they have many activities from which to choose. Since this was a quick stay for just one night to catch a plane the next morning, we only had the afternoon to take advantage of the facilities. And that we did! We utilized the snack bar several times, used the lifting gym, and went bowling. There is something there for everyone: multiple swimming pools, a huge kids...

"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. "We stayed here overnight before a flight home. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant and bar were fabulous! Very walkable to shops and other restaurants. Only not great thing was we had to pull/carry our luggage in the snow across two streets to our building. In case this might be an issue for you just be aware when booking. "
