"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"The bus to Chania was perfect and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was a little out dated in the bathroom but everything else was perfect. Comfortable bed and spacious "

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again. "

"By far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Pros: Location to the beautiful beach. We had a room with a great view of the water which is located just a 2 minute walk away. All meals are provided in a buffet style setting and provide a large amount of options. Cons: Everything other thing imaginable. Room is complete garbage - furniture very old and painted in a pepto bismol pink. Mattresses are horrid and lord only knows how many decades they have been using the pillows. They are...

"Great stay, lovely family room with great views from balcony, food great and staff lovely. Short walk to beach with beach bar. Free wifi which children loved. Downside for kids Was entertainment and TV channels all in German which probably reflected the majority of the clientele at the hotel. Overall great stay!"

"bij aankomst meldden we ons bij de balie dat jullie een tweepeersoons kamer voor ons gereserveerd hadden, de baliemedewerkster keek ons verbaasd aan en belde haar manager, we werden door deze dame apart genomen en kregen daar te horen dat ze al 3 jaar geen zaken meer deden met Expedia en dus ook niks voor ons konden betekenen"
