"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."

They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com.
