"Stayed with my husband, a 6month old and a 4yo. Before booking I inquired about a crib or pack and play which wasn't available but the host purchased one right the way. There were beach chairs available, beach towels, beach toys, an umbrella (shared with upstairs guests), a wagon that we used every day throughout our stay to take our disabled 4yo to the beach. "Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

A microwave to heat up left overs, plates, silverware, napkins dish soap...they thought of everything. "The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit. "

"This was a perfectly located condo. It was just the right size for my mother and I to get away for a couple days. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and having included chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach was a huge perk. You are on the street side, so you can hear traffic but they provided a fan that made the perfect white noise at night to drown it out. It did not bother us at all. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would easily stay here year after year!"

"I picked SITS for its location. I attended the Tedeschi Trucks Sun Sand and Soul shows at the Topeka site. The venue is a less than 1/2 mile walk. Perfect combo of show proximity and beach access. I was solo, meeting friends so the studio set up was fine. But it would be a little tight for more than 2 people and/or more than a few days."

"We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome...

"It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks for the great studio it allowed us to have the perfect vacation!"
