Reasonable Price, Staff was Very Nice and Accommodating. Hotel was Clean, Close to Events Center, and had a Wide Variety Breakfast Choices. We Enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommend

This hotel was very dirty. We stayed in a hotel room with duct tape on the inside of the bathtub. The toilet was not cleaned. The sink faucet was literally falling out of the holes. It definitely need to do some maintenance cleaning, etc..

Bathtub had a rusty hole in in that was covered by a dirty piece of duct tape. Rest of the room was fine. Seems like there were people under the influence around the area which felt unsafe.

Initially we were at room 124 where the carpet was not cleaned, bathroom door did not close properly and the toilet seat was found to be shaky.
It would be good if carpets and curtains were replaced.

There was some unidentified HVAC sound that never stopped. Sounded like flowing water and gurgling. The checkin was nice and quick which is the only positive I’d add.

After signing the agreement not to smoke in the room which I would never do, we went to our room to find it smelled terrible and whoever had smoked in there left ashes all over the clean towels. After looking closely we discovered it was marijuana ashes! The staff was very nice about it and offered to move us but obviously someone with a pass key accessed our room. Possibly other staff.

Could not use the air conditioner because it was so loud. Front desk could have cared less. Room was very warm.

This property needs an update! The carpet in the hallways and rooms were soiled and stained, tile grout in the bathroom stained, sheets were stained and thin, furniture showed signs of banging and scratches. Not up to the standard of AmericInn!

Was clean needs updating. The second morning was loud around 4am then woke up to the smell of pot in the hallway. We were staying for two nights and couldn’t get into our room the second night so I had to speak to the desk which was OK, but just inconvenient.

Bed was hard as a rock..really screwed up bathroom system... nite front desk person. Wasn't sure if they were foot or horseback...20 mins to get a room key,room had already been PD for it was after 1 am.not like they were busy...but thanks for allowing me to park my vehicle will gone..

The woman who checked us in was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was not fresh. The woman who checked us out looked disheveled and was not nearly as friendly.

The pool was dirty, debris on bottom water was warm but very cloudy. No hot tub. The shower in the room was cracked on the wall like someone had punched it. The drain in tub was sharp and corroded. The parking lot had not been scooped or enerting doors, walkways were icy. Beds shhets were worn amlost ripped see thru worn. Beds were comfortable and pillows.

The staff was friendly and helpful however we did have to wait 3-5 minutes for anyone to show up at the desk. There was a lot of snow in the parking lot.
