Didn’t realize this “new” hotel chain is actually buying/utilizing old old hotels. Had booked King bed room, none available at check-in. Front desk staff very nice and apologetic. Multi-level hotel but NO elevators- stairway carpet old, uneven with narrow tread width. Hallways narrow, lobby and rooms small. Bed, however, new and very comfortable. Located next door to a bar- noisy fights next door, noisy and fighting in hallways of hotel, dogs barking in hotel until midnight.

We selected this hotel by searching reviews. The hotel did not live up to those reviews. Unusual layout of stairs. Double electrical plugin to the left of the bed was completely worn out. Recommend they have an electrician repair/replace today before renting out again. AC was dirty. Phone face was dirty. No bench to place luggage.Upholstered chair was worn, had holes and was filthy. No rack for towel by sink. No nightstand or light by right side of bed We requested a discount but were told we need to request this to Expedia

Overall very comfortable
This hotel far exceeded my expectations based on price and other reviews. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse. My only negative comment would be the water pressure in the sink. The shower was fantastic and the sink was more of a trickle. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and greeted us everytime we came or left. The beds were firm with a pillow top and very comfortable. More often than not when I stay in a hotel, there is a sheet and thin blanket and I have to use my own blankets; that was not the case here. The blankets were warm and fluffy. The hotel is not brand new, but has been nicely remodeled and painted. Because I was there for school/work, I didn't spend a lot of my time in the hotel, but it was more than comfortable the time I was there. The location was great and I stayed on one road from the hotel to my classes. Everyone local delivered when we needed food late. It was easy to get in and out of and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay there.

TV didn't work, called a "complainer" by the staff when asked for repair, then when "fixed" - three channels worked and wouldn't turn off. Clean, quiet, just poor TV and service.

Big clean room
After a day of exploring Colorado, a nice clean room is what one is wanting to relax. The check in process was fast with no problems. Got to the hotel room, and bam, a huge clean room. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend

Smelled garbage inside opened back door at hallway steps. Woman check-in clerk with black hair and bad teeth had zero personality, acted like I was an inconvenience. 4 men walking around hotel parking lot could've maybe been "dumpster diving" the garbage I smelled ? Add the dumpy restaurant/bar next door, it all seemed too risky to overnight park the used car I bought at a local dealer that day. (7/20/2023). I stepped into the room, which appeared clean enough. But with the other factors, came back an hour later and got my suitcase after booking elsewhere for the night. Heard back from OYO, contacted their customer service as advised, nothing happened. Never again with OYO, and probably done with Expedia as well.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly, and helpful we were arriving at 2:00 AM and she did offer to extend our check out till 12 noon.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, however I had no hot water in the shower and it was very chilly early in the morning! Beyond that I really have no complaints. It's a budget motel. If you're mad that it's not fancier at the price you're paying, than you don't get out enough.

Rooms were dirty, TV was broken and didnt turn on, Continental Breakfast was non-existant. Staff were not helpful, when told about the condition of the room all that was said was "we have no more rooms, and have no cleaning staff on shift right now so sorry."

This hotel is one of the worse I have stayed at across the US. The sinks didn't drain, only one outlet worked. The entire hotel smelled of smoke and someone puked in the hallway and it didn't get cleaned up the three days I stayed. The police showed up one night because people were in the parking lot fighting. There were always shady people hanging out in the parking lot. People were knocking on doors in the middle of the night. Definitely n9t worth the money they charge you.

Not good, doubtful I would stay again
The was a large booger on the wall right near the television. Looks like someone picked their nose and threw it in the wall. Overall the room was otherwise ok. There was old, repaired obvious damage to the room that was not repaired well as the old damage / repairs were evident. Has issues with the television. The lady at the front desk, 2 nights in a row said she would have the maintenance guy come to the room. Stayed 5 nights and no one ever came to check on the television. Comfort was good. The surrounding rooms were quiet and no issues with noise. Bathtub faucet was also tricky, the water did not adjust well and it was either boiling hot or cold.

Overpriced.
This is described as a no frills hotels and that fine, but this was way overpriced for what you get. They also called me 4 times to confirm my reservation the day of. I had to confirm the reservation 4 times and I had to speak to 3 different people that apparently don't communicate. Not a great spot to stop, sorry.

A great stay for the price.
It is an older building, with some issues. But for the price of the stay, its not bad. Thr staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing you are close to everything you need.

This is a good value tradition road trip hotel. It is a bit tired inside but it is evident talking to the staff they are keen to update. In fact I found the staff very committed and motivated. A particular shout out to Dee.
