Rooms are run down, holes in the wall, no wash cloths, one towel for 4 people, no bedding, dirty. Front desk clerk was the manager and had an " i don’t care" attitude. Would not stay here again.

Room was fine for the night. Until morning making coffee turn to my right there was a peephole retty good size so I started grabbing all my stuff to get out of there and the towel that was covering it did move and I will never go back there again.

first off. the room i reserved which was one king bed, was unavailable and they put us in a 2 double bed room. there was blood on the hair dryer, mold in the shower. the shower curtain was gross and dirty. there was no light bulb for the lamp there were no batteries for the remote control, when we called for assistance nobody answered.

Our room had 0 towels and no shower curtain. Could never get ahold of the front desk on the phone so had to go from the 4th floor to the front desk to ask for towels and a shower curtain. It took them 45 minutes to bring us towels because they had none ready and had to wash and dry them. When we were finally brought towels they were still damp.

The front dest clerk was nice but the hotel should have information that this is a motel not a hotel so that way we could have made a better decision in our stay. We were in room 124 and in the am there was a man yelling loudly and cursing for over half a hour I am surprised that the staff at the motel didn’t hear him there was no phone in the motel room to call the front desk to inform them of this. The room look like it was in the middle of remodeling and wasn’t finished very terrible this is not a place you want to stay especially for the price or kids no go We could’ve found a better motel for the price like I said they should have specified a lot of this on their website so we could’ve made a better decision

The only redeeming factor for this property is it’s proximity to Centennial airport. Otherwise, it is poorly kept up, front desk personnel are inattentive and eating. The air conditioner in my room kept me up all night because it was so loud. Carpets and linens should all be replaced. I felt at risk to get COVID-19 in this hotel!!

No wash cloths and desk said there were none available. Waited at desk 5 minutes to check in. Had to call desk three times before they picked up. All that would have been acceptable if they were busy. They were not.

There’s best part of this stay was how quiet the room was. There was no service. Web site said breakfast but there wasn’t any. It was supposed to be non smoking but guests were smoking anyway the hallways at times were very bad. It is very dated which probably makes it look dirty.

Probably won't stay again.
I had no problems at all with staff or the bed. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Anything I needed to talk to the staff about was taken care of quickly. Very good people to work with. The cons - the carpet was dirty. Outside the room looked like it had not be vacuumed in weeks. The ceiling above the shower was peeling and moldy. The shower itself was great. Good water pressure. Shower curtain looked like it lost the war. I did not take pictures, did not think of it until we were checked out.

The door knob was damaged the place overall had fleas in the room hallways were dirty with garbage bags on the side the public restrooms were vandalized oh and no remote control for the tv my hallway from bathroom carpet was wet the whole place needs renovation I have never been to a place that feels totally trash and uncomfortable about my stay that is why I only stay one evening of 3 because the place had no airport shuttle and no free breakfast and the place had a lot of people staying with pets the elevators and hallways with cigarette odors and no luggage cart

It has been the worst hotel stay we have ever been to. - smokey and dirty room - no towels and uncomfortable pillows - toilet now working - front office person upon check out not very friendly and not wearing a mask. - elevator has very stinky smell - no signage to direct you to stairs

A tragedy could have happened from missing window.
We arrived at the hotel about 10 PM after driving 13 hours. We had room 309 on the third floor. First, some of the lights didn’t work and no towels in the bathroom. Not a happy camper at this point. Then I asked my 18-year-old daughter to close the curtains. That’s when she noticed a section of the window was gone with no screen either. This could have been a tragedy because I had my four year old grandson with autism. He could’ve fell out that window from the third floor. I called front desk and had to wait to be moved to another room. The next room wasn’t any better but at least it had windows. I would’ve left and went to another motel except for it was too late to search and we were beat from driving. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is disgusting - old, dirty, smelly and downright gross. Dogs are all over the place, the furniture in the rooms is old, worn and ripped. This place reminds me of a flop house. On the positive side, the staff was polite and allowed us to see a couple of rooms (all equally gross) and refunded our payment without issue.

Let me start by saying the front desk lady was very nice and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is the worst I have ever seen. Very strange smell, elevator was terrifying (was worried about getting stuck! Took it once then stairs the rest) and the furniture and bedding were filthy and in shabby shape. Our bathroom didn’t have working lights. I pulled the sheets back and they smelled and looked filthy. We left within an hour of checking in. I didn’t read the reviews before booking. Will be sure to do that in future.

Pics are no where close to the condition of this hotel. First room I checked into the toilet didn’t flush. The second room had no towels. The hallways smelled, the paint in the rooms were coming off the walk. Horrible.

Friendly but disappointing
The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean but the carpet was extremely worn and stained; as was the chair. Buffet breakfast was advertised as part of the deal but when we asked about it in the morning, we were told there was no breakfast due to none arrival of food delivery.

Definitely a 'happening' place back in the day. Now its a just a cheap place to crash for the night. Rooms have no mini fridges or microwaves. Dressers/end tables missing knobs/handles, tagging over several pieces of furniture, huge 2in gap at the bottom of the room door.
