This hotel was booked for my employees. Upon arrival they were mortified with the conditions of the property and the rooms. When they approached the front desk and asked for different accommodations due to the condition they were told no other rooms were available and did not stay. This caused an inconvenience to my employees for having to find an additional hotel and pay out of pocket for the expense. At this time I am being refused a full refund even with pictures being provided. IF a refund is granted I will remove my ZERO star review.

The chair in my room had a broken leg and there was no smoke detector. The towels were nothing but glorified hand towels, so my oldest daughter and I bought some at a local supermarket in Commerce City. The door was drafty, and the beds had no real blankets just a thin cover. No cable guide so I had to explore around the find what I needed to see. It seemed like the kind of place where people wanted a cheap place to party away from their parents. Next time I visit Denver, I am not going there. It was cheap and it showed. I have already picked out a motel that is a lot cleaner and is closer to my youngest daughter and it will cost more but at least I will sleep more securely and comfortably.

The first one we checked into was horrible. There were bugs crawling all over the room. It looked like blood was splattered all over the tv stand and the fridge was leaking fluids. Immediately told the front desk we would not stay there. She set us up with a room in wheat ridge which was a little better except for the rudeness at the front desk. I called and asked if we could get a couple towels and her reply was “uh you can come get a couple towels”. Our bed sheets also had pee stains so we had to sleep on top of the comforter with no blankets. I get the rated were cheaper but seriously do better. Both hotels were atrocious.

The customer service was real time. Due to computer crashing and 4 other people in the office that didn’t speak any English the staff was very attentive to the guests. One spoke Spanish and the other gal didn’t but they both took care of the customers very nicely. My room was surprisingly nice and unkept with clean linen. There is no coffeemaker and they don’t serve coffee thru out the day in the lobby. Other than that this was a very nice experience.

I was not happy with this property or service. I had to repeatedly call to complain about my loud neighbors that partied all day, both upstairs and next door. I had requested to move, but the front desk attendant told me those were the only rooms for what I selected, although she put me in a room I did not select. I requested a king bed and got a double. The room was also not that clean ..with hair on the sheets, and used products behind furniture. I would not recommend this property.

Hotel's online presence was extremely misguiding and the property did not at all match it's portrayal. Checked out nearly as fast as we checked in. And that's all I have to say about that..
