Room was disgusting, mysterious spots on walls, floors, ceilings. Bugs here and there. Towels given were dirty and had brown spots on them. The price for a room should be $10

The only thing good about this place was the location. My room was a nightmare. Upon arrival I notice the screen missing from the window. I try to get inside the keypad is busted. I get front desk to help open the door and what i I found made my blood boil. The window didnt lock from the inside, the bed was broken, and there was a gap in the bathroom vent that was wide enough to ket pests in. I'd think about staying at another Red Roof Inn!

My flight was delayed and i reserved this hotel around 9pm. I was going to be arriving after their check in times (11p) had closed and so i followed instructions to contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements for my check in. Well, noone answered. I called over and over again from 9p-11p and noone answered. I messaged the company online and noone replied. I decided to drive to the hotel after my plane landed hoping something would be there for me and the office was locked. So i slept in my car in their parking lot and just wasted the $75. :( i wish they wouldnt have let me book the room if it wasn’t feasible for me to check in.
