One elevator was out & under construction for my whole stay, but room & peoperty was otherwise nice, especially for the value.

We couldn’t find the stairs to go up- realized at the end of our stay that you had to go outside to access the stairs.. only having one elevator is a big inconvenience. The man working on Monday night was pretty rude about helping us find the stairs.
Very nice person at check in i believe his name is Mike. He was very helpful and informative. The folks at the restaurant were very friendly and the food was great.
Hotel room was clean, the breakfast voucher program was great so much better then the contenial breakfast hotelsmormally offer. It was nice to have snacks to puchadec inthd lobby, well come back agin
Main problem was the elevator was out of service and we were on 5th floor. Signs were very confusing on which elevator to go to and the hosts yelling at us to go the other elevator. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Very rude front desk staff, condescending and over charged three nights. Never stay at this hotel.

We apologize for the experience, Adam. Our front desk is typically known for their service and welcoming demeanor. If there is an issue with billing, many times that has to be resolved through the site where you booked the reservation (Expedia) but we will look into the issue for you.

Good value
Overall good hotel, good location. Nice staff. Only complaint is the hvac system in the room. It won’t maintain a steady temperature, is loud, and doesn’t let you leave the fan running.

It was a great place to stay. The only thing that was a little loud was possibly a water heater sound. It would turn on and off multiple times which was a little loud to sleep with but other than that it was great! Staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was really clean! It was a great experience and I would come back again!
