We had the privilege of getting to see him again while we were eating dinner at the Hub and he took the time to come over and visit with us and help us decide what to order. He truly made the hotel experience feel like home! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back!

The hotel was functionally very good. The lighting in the room was very sparse. There was no easy outlet to get to by the desk and there was no lamp or lighting there. The beds were great, comfortable with really nice bedding and pillows. Parking was easy. Staff was really good. I thought it was good value for what we paid.

The staff were exceptional, Symphony & Mackenzie at the front desk were so accommodating, friendly and professional. Has to have the frigerator assessed & staff came immediately. Also, exceptional homemade chocolate chip cookies!!
