We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Denizli Hotel. The location was great, very close to the bus depot and restaurants.

Convenient and air conditioned
Clean airconditioned rooms short walk from the train and bus stations. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

First and last time here.
Photos are deceiving. I had to sleep for a couple of hours only so I picked the lowest priced hotel but I wouldn’t stay a second night. I’d pay $10 more for a proper room.

I was very happy to choose this hotel. It was cheaper and better. The room was very beautiful and bed was comfortable. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very good with comfortable.

Not that great.
The staff was nice, the location close to the bus station is good, but the condition of the hotel is not that great, and the breakfast was by far the worst I had in a hotel in Turkey. Overall it's acceptable, but not really a great place to stay by Turkey standards.

The old Grand Denizli
This property is quite old and needs maintenance. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine. We used a meeting room that was very good and the service was good.

Decent hotel in an industrial town.
We stayed here as a stopover along our way. The area is pretty industrial. The air quality is not good. The hotel itself was good. Service was good, prompt, and helpful. The hotel is older and the rooms have very hard beds. Breakfast was good as usual in Turkey.

No English and no iron
The hotel was alright and in a good location but staff couldn't speak any English (like nothing at all) and so it was really hard to communicate with them. The receptionist didn't know of any cheap way to go to the airport except by taxi which was going to cost us $100 until I remembered that I've got the receipt for the airport shuttle bus which we've used earlier that morning and I asked her to ring them to organise a pickup. It was a really struggle to communicate. Then she gave us our room key and when we went to our room, we found it to be dirty as in it hasn't been cleaned after the previous people so I went downstairs and she gave me another room key!!

Polite staff, only one spoke English, could not receive receipts for hotel bills, claimed we did not pay for the hotel accommodation - we in fact had paid through Expedia.ca with our flight payment - forced to pay (again) in order to check out ... But no receipt ... By then late for our flight ... So paid the amount. No receipt for the use of the mini bar or meals. Very noisey street ... Traffic and loud speakers from cars at all hours Central location ... conveniently close to bus terminal and train station. I do not recommend this hotel for international business travellers ... I was told typically suited to domestic business men ... I agree. Overall it was Acceptable ... Except for the dispute whether we had prepaid for the hotel accommodation ... That caused delays to the airport as well as distress. never going back.
