A brilliant location in a beautiful town. So close to everything and having a kitchen and laundry was such a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Villas are very conveniently located close to beach, shops, dining options. the units are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The gardens have been well planned for the location but could be better cared for. Communication via internet was efficient but interpersonal interaction was missing. However, we had a very pleasant stay.

Try this one!
Great value for money. Although it is of an older design, it is not dated. Everything is well maintained and in tip top condition. The flat is very clean. There is a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Off street parking and free high speed internet. Comfortable beds and clean linen. The soap they supplied was a nice smelling artisan soap (Not cheap! We saw the price in a shop) The property is within walking distance to local town attractions, fishing and IGA Express.

2 night stay
We received an email from the vendor with places to visit and see on our journey to the villa. It was really useful and we visited all the suggestions and enjoyed them all. Villa was well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance and lovely sunsets to enjoy being so close to the beach. Monkey mia is a 20 min drive away.

We stayed for 2 nights...it had everything we needed in the unit including a washing machine :) Clean and tidy a little old decor, not that it bothered us, we would stay again 😊👍

Owners were very helpful. They paid attention to the details - eg they provided laundry powder and pegs for the laundry. They are going through the process of modernising the property but it was comfortable and good value for the price.

Very nice villa. We had villa no 7 so it is little bit different that the rest. We had a great patio with two seats and table. Perfect view for the ocean and big palm near the patio. Basic design but enough to stay for a few days. Kitchen was fully equipped. 100 m to Old Pearler Restaurant . Very nice place. I recommended for everyone.

Comfortable self contained stay
Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Although a bit dated - all was in good order and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere self contained in Denham. Also has washing machine and personal clothesline in private courtyard.

It’s clean and right in town, you can walk to the shops or pub or beach. Although the property is dated it fills what most people would want. Driveway does need attention, but this is the case at a lot of places I’ve stayed. I would definitely book to stay there again.

Excellent location. Clean, all the basic facilities covered. Free washing machine. Nice and quiet. If you're looking for the latest decor and a huge whiz bang TV, this is not the place for you. We loved our 3 nights here

Spacious, easy parking, access key from key safe but no problem. Washing machine. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. Small touches like tissues etc would have been nice. Bedroom very hot as no air con - only ceiling fan
