All fixtures are very old and in poor condition. Door lock was not working and staff didn't bothered to correct it. Had to wait for 2 hours outside room to get it fixed.

A small and less unpopular hotel which has been made years ago and has been forgotten. For years there has been no renovation or repair. Everything in the room was old, damaged and rusty. The mini-bar was not cleaned for months at least and was not working. Changing them didn’t work either. Locker in the room was good and for a change, working. The rooms didn’t have any heating installation and India is terribly cold at 5’ C. So this made my stay annoying. On top of that, Expedia reservation was not found by the hotel and even with my printed confirmation the only two young men were reluctant to accommodate me. It took them 20 minutes to accept my reservation. I paid additionally for breakfast dinner but they said they can’t see the dinner included in the booking. So I had to go out for dinner. The location if not that good for walking but is indeed nearby a station. Shops and restaurants are not on walking distance. Breakfast was basic but Ok. Service staff were polite and helpful. No question to come back.

Good place to stay
Good stay at Acura BMK. According to the stars given to the hotel, room can be more spacious. Food is good, but they need to have more options for the breakfast. This place is near by metro station & cyber city, so location is good.

Their USP
Extremely courteous staff with no obvious expectations of a tip. So you feel like obliging. This makes up for the small rooms. Overall value for money.

A little oasis in Hectic Gurgaon
I really enjoyed my stay while undergoing a physical exam at Medanta Hospital. The staff of the hotel were great and very helpful when I needed to arrange a late check out. The restaurant's food is superb. If I find myself back in Gurgaon I will be back at the Acura.

Room service staff, restaurant staff were all excellent. Except the manger, who wasn't that professional. Over all the stay was good..

Eat out if you plan to check in late
It was a late check-in, around 2315 owing to a delay in the flight. The kitchens were closed and so was the bar and the only option available were cookies which were avoided. It would have been ideal if they had a 24 hr menu considering that it is a business hotel. A stocked mini bar would have been ideal. The WIFI credentials need to be given by default and not only on request. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a good spread. Service levels at the restaurant were high.

Ok, but would not stay here again.
The hotel hallways stunk and the room carpet had stains all over. The service during the breakfast buffet was decent.

Not bad for price. will stay again.
Actual hotel was fine, however it was hard to describe to tuk tuk or taxi driver and hard to find. When we entered our room it was smelly but dispersed once aircon kicked in. Breakfast was good and faultless for cleanliness. Staff was polite and curteous.

Not bad
The hotel was perfectly located for our purpose and the staff were friendly and helpful. For some reason, airconditioning in our room didn't work. However, the hotel staff gave us a room heater which worked fine. Breakfast was good and wi-fi worked OK.

Nice hotel but some wrong info
I decided to go for a night to get some relief from busy city life. It was a tough time locating the hotel as the location and phone number on expedia is wrong and the hotel staff had no idea about the rose garden even though it was right next to it. it was raining heavily that day. Once I reached , it was surprising to know that the valet was on leave and that I would have to park on my own in heavy rain. But once I got inside the hotel, it got better. I was upgraded to executive room and was offered welcome drink. They had no problem in my request for late check out of 1pm ( I checked in around 10 pm) . The room was nice and big and pretty spacious. The bathroom had a tub and a glass window to the room so that was nice.

Good budget hotel
I would rate it as a 3 star hotel instead of 4 cause of following concerns. In smoking room no way out for smoke as hotel doesn't allow windows to be opened and no exhaust fan or conditioning system.

Good enough for the price range
In general it was good except the first night, no hot water, the door would not open every time we went in etc. We then got upgraded and all the problems disappeared. Most of the people working here are very friendly and helpful. Especially the day manager would go out of his way to make things happen for us.

The staff on reception gave me wrong information about breakfast included with my room and in morning after I had my breakfast they came with 1000 bill like they were waiting for me to finish my breakfast and boom sir please sign ... when i explain them that your own staff told me that its included but the Manager is like we called him and he said NO I DIDNT EVEN TALK ABOUT BREAKFAST so without solving the issue they were like SIR ITS THE POLICY WE CANT DO ANYTHING >>>>>> but the website where i booked listen to me and solved the issue

We loved the hotel and will stay again, the only negative was when we needed and asked for a taxi it didt't come so we took a tuk-tuk in the street instead. We still highly recommend the hotel

I had stayed in Accura BMK with my family in July 2013 for 2 days , both the days we had issues day 1 we were charged for extra dinner item which we didn't ordered. Day 2 we had asked house keeping to not to clean the room but still when we reached the hotel in evening we found a cleaning staff in bathroom but with not cleaning stuff not sure what we he doing there despite our clear instruction to not to clean room. The staff put the onus of proof on the customer

Good hotel at best price
This is very good hotel for Business visit. It is conveniently located from Rajiv chowk. Entire staff is courtesies & takes good care of you. Breakfast is good. Bad thing is that food is expansive & there is not a single good restaurant around it so one has eat in restaurant or order through room service.

Very nice hotel good staff
Really liked the hotel it was clean and professional and friendly staff. Outside the hotel on e is back to hustle and bustle on a street that for India is quite clean and quiet. Hotel staff could be provided with tourist information to assist tourists although it is a hotel used by business people most likely. But as tourists we can find that stuff on line anyway. Location is great if one is going to sector 32 where majority of offices are. However the map gives an impression that it is walking distance better a tuc tuc

Anlände sent på kvällen men fick mat och dryck även om restaurangen var stängd. Bekväm trpt till flygen nästa morgon. Rummen rena och snygga
