The breakfast was very nice with many traditional French options including local cheese. I didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice. The spa has 2 nice jacuzzi’s that are large. "There are definitely some things to like about the property - while not in the center of town it was a close enough walk to restaurants/shops. Parking is close by and free. Breakfast was good, especially liked the basket of bread/croissants set on the table each morning. Their coffee/latte/espresso machine will satisfy your caffeine fix. Was not in love with the family studio room, very early 1990's Ikea type furniture, bare bones decor. It reminded me of the kind of room you get when you're in college and you are scraping together money for a long weekend at the beach with a couple of friends. There were only 2 small bed pillows, but I was able to get an extra pillow at the front desk. Granted it's a 2-star hotel so expectations should not be that high. "Garden view" is a patch of grass with a couple of chairs - there is no garden to speak of, Was unable to use the tea kettle in the room because of a white film deposit of some kind and was not going to dig in there to scrub it out. Reminder that there is no shower gel in the room - just hand soap. I think some of the rooms in the main building would have a better aesthetic than his option."
