This is a wonderful hotel with great staff and great facilities. Only problem was was given a twin room rather than a double but apparently this is to do with Expedia not the hotel. Will definitely be going back.

Needed a hotel near the Bridgewater Hall and this was right opposite. Have stayed before about 3 years ago and it's as good then as it is now. Staff competent, efficient and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and the facilities are good. Bed was comfortable. Did not have the breakfast included this time as I think the cost was a bit steep for a breakfast (outside London). I would stay here again should I visit the city again.
Good hotel minutes from shops and restaurants, NCP car park opposite. Reception staff will stamp your ticket so that you can get 15% off when you leave the car park. Great views up in Cloud 23 but service very slow and drinks expensive. Room was on 10th floor with views over the city. Very pleasant room though bathroom let it down a bit. Staff very pleasant in reception.
This was our first visit to the Renaissance but it definitely won't be the last! It is a busy city centre hotel but surprisingly quiet in the clean, comfortable & spacious bedroom. The staff are extremely helpful & when we mentioned that our air conditioning wasn't working properly, they immediately tried to find a solution. The breakfast was excellent & again the staff were welcoming & very attentive. I must also mention the bar staff who made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The apartment rental was wonderful and had plenty of space for me and my guests. It's a little difficult to find the address, but it's right next to the Per Tutti Café. The local grocery stores, shopping malls, and transportation spots were nearby and there are plenty of options to eat within walking distance. It was very convenient and a great place to stay. Our main purpose to come here was to watch the football matches so this was a great location in between both of Manchester's football clubs (Old Trafford and Ethiad Stadium).
