The hotel staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, everything extra we asked for for the room they delivered with no hesitation and extremely promptly, for example an audio cable to allow us to play music on their speakers, an ice bucket and glasses for our wine and some peanuts when we got hungry of an evening. All at no additional cost. The facilities were superb and cleanliness was excellent, nothing to fault about this hotel and would have loved to stay longer or return at a later date!

Only stayed for a few days and wanted somewhere cheap but clean with good facilities. This hotel was great value, the room was small but spotless with an excellent firm mattress on the bed and a superb shower. The breakfast was tasty but probably not worth the £10 being asked for it - try and find a breakfast inclusive offer ;)
The hotel is close to most good things to do without being to close and not noisy. the staff were very nice and helpful. the rooms were very spacious and had a kitchen in them with free coffee and tea all day. they were very clean and warm rooms as they had their own heaters. They have free wi-fi and computers on the ground floor if needed. the breakfast was very busy and not often had a table to sit at, but you could always take it up to your room where there are chairs. all in all it was a great place to stay if you are going to new york.
"Good quality Hotel apartments very near the center"
I stayed at this hotel apartments with four other people in the middle of January. We have booked an executive apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. it had all the necessary appliances like a fridge ,washing machine ,dishwasher, oven, toaster, etc. heating to all areas was excellent. We never run out of hot water. It also had a big couch and a flatscreen TV with DVD player. The only negative thing that I can find in this hotel apartment was that it only had one elevator and it took a few minutes to get downstairs or up to the apartment. Overall it was excellent experience.
The apartment rental was wonderful and had plenty of space for me and my guests. It's a little difficult to find the address, but it's right next to the Per Tutti Café. The local grocery stores, shopping malls, and transportation spots were nearby and there are plenty of options to eat within walking distance. It was very convenient and a great place to stay. Our main purpose to come here was to watch the football matches so this was a great location in between both of Manchester's football clubs (Old Trafford and Ethiad Stadium).
