This has now become our primary stopping point for the first night on any trip going west. Food is good, rooms clean and staff has been great.

Great experience. We checked in at around 10:45 PM and we were next to a large party checking in around the same time, and because we had an early morning I had requested to move rooms if it was an option so we didn’t have any disruption staff was great and accommodating us in a new room.

Excellent! Clean, super friendly staff. Parking lot was well lit. Hotel had a pool, I didn’t utilize it but many did. Fresh coffee and it was available really early in the morning which I appreciated. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the area

This was our 4th stay. I choose this one because the ADA for bathroom is great and breakfast is good. It also has a good bar for a drink after a long day of traveling. Staff is friendly. Manager needs better understanding of people with disabilities needs regarding parking!

This hotel was incredible - the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be, the rooms were clean and welcoming, breakfast & coffee were delicious, and the pool was the perfect temperature - everything was great. The only downfall was the hot tub was out of service, but it was not a deal breaker. We booked two rooms for our family trip and we all had the same thoughts on this hotel. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room seemed humid although the a/c was on. The bathroom needs more grab bars immediately on the outside of the tub for wheelchair bound patrons rather than grabbing onto the towel rod. One major consideration is the soap. Two very small plastic containers were provided and were sufficient for use only 4 times! Fortunately, I brought soap from another motel so we could get by! But I was stunned to think that we paid over $150.00 for one night for one room and they motel could not provide something better than this for washing hands...especially with the recent uptick in COVID! What are you thinking? Get the bars of soap back and throw out those worthless mini-bottles of globby soap!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I booked the Suite, 1 bedroom & every time I’ve picked this suite it comes with the whirlpool tub & even the advertisement shows it has one in the room. It didn’t this time! There was a small crack on one of the walls. They had a door, not locked, with its own furnace which never was there before. Wires were showing. The filter was so dirty. The one side of the window, on the outside, looked like it had mold on it you could barely see out that side.

Great coffee ! Unique entrance to parking lot ...could be marked better. I enjoyed meeting people walking their dogs on the grounds around the motel.. A picnic table and a few benches away from the building... There are benches at the side entrances but they are next to the air~conditioners..Kinda noisy >>A couple of spots with picnic tables and benches away from the building would be great ! Nice breakfast ! I had oatmeal and hard boiled eggs were a treat... Tasty yogurt an muffins for breakfasts.I had a suite with a separate sitting room for the TV....Nice and then moved to to Queen size room ..The window opened for fresh air. ! Great pool faces the west for Sunset Views ! Nice hot tub , but it went down for service. Not a bad drive from Davenport.like 12 miles ...Watch out for deer at night on highway 61 ! Dewitt is a nice little town...my brother has retired there near by as well as his exwife ! They all get along and like Dewitt ! I would love to stay here again !!!

Awesome!
Came in to go camping at Maquoketa Caves Friday night, got the tent set up, and then a major storm set in. Came in out of the rain and the place is perfect 👌. Much thanks to Ally who did a superb job of checking us in. She definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion! 💪 I highly recommend this place! 🔥 💪 💯 ❤️

We stayed for 2 nights. The front desk receptionist is very nice and helpful. Not only did she man the front desk but also attends the kitchen for breakfast too and does a fabulous job. The place is kept well and clean. Breakfast food is very good. Love my waffles!! The hotel decorations and furnishings are very quaint and clean. I would highly recommend this place and will go back again if I’m ever in the area.

very dusty and should clean hearters out so not so dusty, The mirrors and tv screen had cloth cloudy smog on them! Also the WINDOWS need cleaning!
