"We had a situation regarding with the room cleaning, although after my request the staff promptly solve the issue. Beach view is a beautiful!"

"My stay was perfect. The room was very clean and had everything I needed."

"When we arrived the room and kitchen were very clean. But soon realized the hotel was not what we expected. There weee signs that due to being Eco friendly the room would be cleaned every 3 days. We were there for 5 and the room was never cleaned. If it was not for us emptying and taking out our own garbage, making our own beds and cleaning the sinks ourselves, it would have not gotten done at all. There was one ice machine for all 8 floors and it was in the lobby. If we wanted clean towels, we had to “turn in” our wet used towels to the front desk first,to show we were not stealing towels. The view of the ocean was beautiful and most of the employees were kind and helpful, however you could tell their hands were tied by management’s directive The cafe on sight serves delicious food and the servers were very friendly"

"This property has a very nice lobby area. It was clean and updated nicely. The rest of the property could really use an update as well. The halls and room smelled musty. The chairs at the pool were falling apart. The "restaurant" was only open to serve breakfast which seems like a waste to have the ability to offer other meals and not do so. The good thing is there are plenty of places within walking distance to get food. Our interactions with staff were all lovely."

"roaches in the bathroom. also gave me the wrong room. walked in on someone already staying in a room. definitely not worth the price is it’s over $50 a night."
