They staff was accomadating and we were actually able to check in before the 3pm check in time. The first room they placed us in had some issues, the toilet did not flush the phone did not work and the room had a smell. We went to the front desk and ask to be moved to another room and that was completed without a problem. The breakfast buffet was good average breakfast food and the dining area was clean and well prepared. The location for my visit was perfect. I have stayed at other Residence Inn's and it was a good stay and that is why i choose the Residence Inn for this trip.
The hotel was decent. No hotel ice machine, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was borderline terrible. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, and seemed pretty clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.
My car was broken into. They place doesn’t have cameras. My keys to my other car was stolen.

This was our second time staying here, and won't be our last. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the reception staff to housekeeping to the breafast attendants. The accommodations, both the rooms and the community spaces, are comfortable and inviting. The location is also very convenient with food, shopping and easy acess on and off the highway all nearby.
The room was large and spacious. I liked the set up of the room and how it was laid out. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hallways and the room had kind of a funky smell. Maybe it was due to other rooms using the full kitchens/stove, but it was interesting none the less.
The staff was very polite and helpful. There was work being done in the hallways, and the pool was closed for work until the day I checked out. Overall, good experience
A lot of construction being down on our hall. Tripped on carpet. Room cabinets and dressers were broke. Circuit shortage in living room area. Long check in process.
The property was under renovation and prior to taking us to our room the staff escorted us to make sure we would still be comfortable staying here. They were very cognizant that their hallway carpet was yet to come in due to delays. The room was fabulous.
I appreciated the concern they took for our comfort and pleasure. I have been to other properties under renovation and that was never the case.
I will definitely recommend this property and their staff to anyone traveling in this area.
There was trouble with the fire alarm 2 of the nights we stayed here. The staff was generally helpful and considerate and the General Manager was apologetic and provided an amenable solution to the fire alarm disruption.
This is a very clean, very new facility. Oftentimes third-party billing issues are a problem. Manager fix the issue in the morning, give us a snack pack as an apology for the inconvenience. We find ourselves staying at mostly Marriott properties lately.
They should allow more then an hour for swimming! I booked this specific room for my son to swim for his birthday and he only got to swim for an hour which sucks
First room was not as I requested and they moved me into a room that wasn’t ready... heat didn’t work, fireplace was malfunctioning, beds are so uncomfortable, toilet and sink were broke. So disappointed as I was just in another residence inn in Mason, and it was great and so clean and new. This was poor.

This location tried to charge me $250 extra at check in for some cleaning fee. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging any deposit fee this much. I asked for corporate number and the location doesn’t have a general manager. So then he goes to tell me he only will charge $50. Then after he charges my card he tells me I won’t be able to swim because it’s booked for reservations then turns around and says it’s available at 9pm. Then the new staff tries to put someone Else in our reserved spot and see if we can wait 30 more minutes. This was very inconvenient having to use a different account unexpectedly. I contacted corporate and the complaint still hasn’t been resolved. I would not recommend.

Ewwww. A waffle fry left on floor under desk. Desk chair had food stuck to chair back, seat was dirty. Used washcloth left on shower bar. No travel size shampoo/body soap in room & none for sale in hotel. They have refillable bottles of shampoo/body soap. I was willing to buy my own instead of using what everyone else has. Non smoking hotel reeked of marijuana. The desk clerks were courteous and male manager brought me shampoo.
