Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff, nice location, safe, plenty of parking, highly recommend.
Rooms are scheduled to be remodeled but they are still decent, beds are comfy, bathroom is nice.
We were there for an event at the Nutter Center. Super convenient. Had no issues. It was unfortunate that the block suffered from an electrical blackout. But certainly out of their control. I would go back.

There were boys throwing chairs in the pool/no adult supervision. I went to front desk he came in they lied to him saying bots that did it just left and all he did was leave. Still no adults and more chairs went into the pool. I had my 9 yr olds granddaughter there and stayed in the pool area the whole time she was there.

We booked 2 handicap rooms months in advance but when we got there we couldn’t get the rooms. They gave us 2 other rooms telling us that there were grab bars in the bathroom but there was not.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and again the restaurant staff were helpful and really friendly. Room service is by request, beds were comfy but the bed skirts were dirty. Would stay here again and would recommend.

It was a great place to stay and was within walking distance from the concert I attended at The Nutter Center. Even the walk back after the concert, the walk way was well lit and close to main road. A big shout out to ALL the staff for being so friendly accommodating!!

Room stated held 4 adults with pull out sofa. The sofa mattress is so thin you felt the bars while sleeping.
Went for a concert and the restaurant bar had one bar tender and one waitress. Wait was long for service.

The room I purchased on this website was not the room I received when I went to the hotel when I brought this up to the staff at the hotel, they said it was your websites fault for false advertising in the room. No discount or refund was given, and I was told if I canceled my reservation, I would still be charged they did not care I was unhappy
The room was dusty and not vacuumed old broken down furniture. Not what was advertised i have pics of my family in the room but did not take pictures of the dirty room i was so mad and ran out of time to get the room decent for the party i was having
The room showed a full bar and kitchen this is what i got a mini fridge and counter top.. not worth the 200.00 i spent i was so ashamed and mad that no one cared

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. There was no daily maid service though and someone’s white claw can stayed on the hand sanitizer holder the entire stay so apparently the maids didn’t see that?
