Convenient for staying downtown.

Overall the stay was good. The room seemed “worn out” and is in need of an upgrade or intensive cleaning. The desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the room cost was high….but I also think every hotel room cost is too high.

Staff was very nice. They helped with every request. Business is still slow around the hotel. I walked to the restaurants but was always aware of my surroundings. I would recommend it especially if you have business at the convention center.

The hotel was clean with excellent staff. However, the area a block away was not desirable. Restaurants were not close and getting to them by foot exposed the general decline of that part of the city. Be careful!

Needs major updating Shower not the cleanest and the location is by the Oregon district but the appearance of the town around is night and day. Old everything. Even after Radisson purchased this old Crowne Plaza, it still needs lots of updating.

All staff was exceptional!!! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, pool was clean!! Not so good was no microwave, unless you wanted to pay $10 a nite for one. (did have frig) The bathroom sink faucet was merely a trickle of water. Rooftop restaurant restroom had no toilet paper. Minor complaints.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, but it is undergoing a transition / renovation from having been a Crown Plaza, so it has no restaurant or cocktail lounge yet. Also, the Radisson will validate overnight parking in the large convention center garage, but the process was not explained, so I ended up paying the $6 myself. Make sure you get a ticket when you enter the garage and take it to the concierge for validation!

I really wanted to like this place. The front desk people were super nice. Its an older property that has had some work done but needs more. Sadly found a couple of dead roaches and one live one in the room, ugh. Just kind of tired. In a pinch it would work but I can not recommend.

The room smelled rotten and turned out it was. The AC was leaking into the floor and wasn’t cold. Got a new room and it also smelled and the bathroom handle and shower were broken. Terrible dump.

Staff was great. Valet service and nearby transportation that was advertised was not available. Breakfast was not available. Bar closed at 9. Room was very dated, no fans in bathroom, no darkening curtains, overall felt dirty ie: the doors were really a mess, hallways had very old tattered carpet and price was same as other newer better hotels in area. Never again. Sorry image for Radisson.
