I stayed there for 4 nights. All the staff was very unfriendly and rude. The pool was disgusting and cold. Property not kept clean. The whole building has a dirty smell that makes you feel dirty all over. The housekeepers would just walk in even when I had the no disturb sign on door. I asked for new towels and it took them 8 hours to get them to me. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Nothing. But the staff seemed not prepared to handle things that happened on the property. Getting locked out of the room. Because the hatch closed as we came out of the room to go down stairs. The heat,the leak in sink on to the floor. Heat not working no security of the property.

Stayed one night en route to Florida. Quiet, clean, cheap & cheerful! Breakfast was sparse but the hotel had very few guests so why cook for the garbage. There was coffee for the road and some light food so no problem. I would stay here again.

The employee who checked me in was not polite. Maybe it was a carryover from his frustration with the customers in front of me. However the one who helped me with check out was very friendly. The room could have been cleaned better. There were crumbs in the chairs and remote. The toilet seat was also not clean. They should also do a deep cleaning of the couches and furniture with fabric.

The room had plenty of space and was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast. Didn't like that the sheets were stained and spotted. The water pressure was low. Overall, it was a good stay.

Check-in was great. Greg was very friendly and professional. He seemed to take great pride in his work. Very impressive. He took great effort in making connections, and that is to be valued! Problems- low water pressure in the shower, dusty shelves in the bathroom, the heater hadn't been turned on for a long time, and it was really smelly. Cold eggs and sausage at breakfast...but the waffles were yummy! Headboard was dirty/smudges. Comfy beds and pillows! Nice space to get some work done- nicely designed room for seating and office work.

Definitely disappointing, but ok for the price.
The front desk person was sleeping when I arrived to check in at 5pm. The lights by the beds did not work at all. Breakfast in the morning showed 3 bananas, a few bagels and bread, and dried scrbled eggs stuck to the pan. At least there was a waffle maker and some cereal available too.

The hotel room and bathroom was dirty. Thw shower only sprayed onto the wall not into the shower. Wanted to leave and go to another hotel but they wouldn't refund. I have seen better bathrooms in a truck stop.

We had booked this stay a month in advance. When we walked in to the hotel, they were remodeling the entire first floor. Everything was covered in dust, they were jackhammering and had tools and open paint and supplies everywhere. We were never informed of the work and were told no breakfast available due to the remodeling. We couldn't even get in the front door for 2 of the days we stayed there. I get that they need to remodel, but we should've been notified so we could find other accommodations if we wanted to. I felt awful for a few people that have breathing issues and had to endure all that dust.

Well check in was a total chaotic. When I called and booked it they did not put it in the right name only in the notes. Had to call 2 different numbers till someone would help. The front desk guy was HORRIBLE not helpful at all and rude. They did not let us know that there was construction on ALL levels and that there would be no breakfast and charged the same amount. Was not stratified at all. And we travel in the summer all the time for softball. Worst experience ever.

They’re renovating currently, so finding the check in desk was difficult as the signage is unclear and contradictory. It’s currently 10:15pm and I can hear the workers on the first floor pounding in new laminate flooring in the lobby. Our room is freshly painted and decorated, but the tub surround old, damaged and moldy in areas. Additionally the shower had little to no pressure.

the person that checked me in was so unfriendly and sour. He was reluctant to check and see if any rooms on the 1st floor were available. After much deliberation on his part, I was informed there weren't any rooms ready yet. I was also not very impressed with the cleanliness of the motel and the poor paint and patching of the walls. I will not frequent Comfort in the future.

There was construction going on at the hotel. The floors were dirty in the hallways and there was black mold in our shower. People were stomping on the floor above is until about 1am. The weight room machines didnt work properly.
