Dirty, smelly, was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like someone smoked a carton before we walked in. Water was luke warm at best, never got hot.

Check in was crazy fast! He had my key before I filled out the info card. The hotel is old and a little dated, but VERY clean and really kinda nice and quaint. Quiet night’s sleep! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The owners/staff are really nice and accomodating; when we discovered about 10 or so roaches in our room - they gave us a different room. But overall the property is rundown - not in good shape at all. There was a substance leaking up from the floor in the bathroom - cracks and holes, etc.

Third time stayed here. Best value.all basic things worked. Refrigerator, hot water, microwave, toilt. Beds were clean and comfort. Ac ran all the time, not stopping at desired temperature. Will stay again

Best values with xcellentt customer service 👍
Best value as its name. All basic things worked for us hot water, toilet, heater, fridge.. We got a non smoking but the people stayed before us smoked that made it smelled pretty bad. However the manager Mr. Patel immediately gave us a new room. The train noise waked me up 2 times but I had been aware before booking. Was able to get back to sleep. Will stay again next time

Dayton hotel
Motel located in good place and priced very well. Close to everything. Front desk employees very nice. Love the remold of room. Finally no carpet! They just need to wash the shower curtain. Very moldy smelling. They also need to add a rug at the door as you come in to wipe off your feet. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again.

No one was at the front desk to check me in, and the night bell didn't work. Finally got someone there by calling. My room was not clean and had roaches. The hotel is close enough to railroad tracks that I was awoken by a train several times.

The gentleman at the desk was very accommodating. I had to make an adjustment to the night I was staying, and there were no issues with the change. We slept in a little late in the morning and the person on staff allowed us extra time to get ourselves gathered up and out. Comfortable bed and room had all of the proper necessities. The bed was much more comfortable than the bed in the hotel across the road.

Great budget hotel, would gladly stay again
My stay was three nights and was very comfortable. I stayed in three different rooms, because the trip was extended day by day. Each room had very good quality mattress protectors, and nice clean bedding. The rooms were spacious, and had microwaves and refrigerators that were clean and in good working order. Service was very pleasant and helpful.

Well to start always carry lysol wipes I do the toilet, sink and remote and door knobs. I a male 63 years old I didn't shower it was just nasty even thou I always have flip flops When I travel for that reason. The toilet was every bit of the first one ever put into that place should of been outed long time ago along with the toilet seat old, wore out, paint wore away off it. NOW IF YOU LIKE TO LAY YOUR HEAD ON A STAINED UP OLD PILLOW,Then have at it ! NASTY. I road in on my motorcycle for a one night gig and was out the next morn early you would think I wouldn't care But I won't be back

Hotel staff was unable to pull up reservation. We waited in lobby for over an hour. Finally had to pay cash for the one night. Then we were not able to get a refund for the rest of the stay. We checked out after one night. Hotel was terrible

Bedbug hotel
After checking into the room. The cleaning lady told me that the room we were staying doesn't get cleaned often because she is the only cleaning person. As we got we were getting ready for bed our week old baby was laying on the bed next thing I see is a bedbug crawling across the baby blanket. I took a picture then I picked it up with toilet paper and placed it in a bag and took it to the front desk. He tried to convince me that they clean everyday but I could tell they didnt. So i requested a refund and took my family to another hotel. I will not be staying here again and would never recommend anyone to stay there.

There was "extra furniture" stored in this room. Bedspread torn. Lamps without lightbulbs. Bathroom doorknob hung loose to door. Pillows lumpy--full of small lumps. Bathroom mirror had paint all around its edges from lack of cleanup following paint. Generally, the room looked very outdated and unloved...no pride of ownership/managership here.

Decent hotel for the price, clean and I was impressed with no carpet, laminate floor in room. I am a barefoot guy and old dirty carpets make my feet black, these floors were clean.
