Symberly,Thank you for letting us know about your issues with the pool. We are sorry that our pool is still closed and has been closed for over a year due to renovations. It is and has been listed on our website and we have told all 3rd party sites to note it on theirs. We are looking forward to having it open again soon. Our phone lines have been down now for about a month as it too is being updated with a new system.We are at the mercy of the contractors and backorders on getting everything completed. Tv's seems to be becoming an issue with other guest changing the inputs to hook up their games or to log into their accounts like Netflix. We are working with the housekeeping staff to make sure they are set on the correct inputs. Hopefully, you will come back and stay again once all renovations have been completed so that you can enjoy the pool and spa and our new fitness center.

Alexander, hi, we are sorry you had issues with our hotel, our pool is closed due to the renovations of the hotel and pool area. We do have that stated on our website since the start of renovations. Once the renovations are completed then all the new pictures will be updated on the website. We do hope you come back and check us out and see the new improved hotel, swimming pool, meeting room, and the new Fitness center.

If there are ever a issues with your room please let front desk staff know so they can get you moved to a difference room or get maintenance down to take car of it. Christy, thank you for filling out the survey. We are really sorry Expedia did not have the pool closer on their website. We do have it listed on our regular Baymont web sight about the pool and hot tub being closed at this time and we did send request to all the 3rd party booking to post on their sites when we closed them. The pool will be up and running soon as we are getting close to having our renovation completed. Tamara Hi, thank you for filling out the survey as we appreciate all the feed back from our guest. Yes, we are under renovation and it is stated on our Baymont site that our pool is closed at this time. We are going through a full renovation both inside and outside the building. The parking lot is one of the items on the list to get completed once the winter weather is out of the way. We also can assure you that the elevator is safe. We did let maintenance know about the gap under the door to see if there is a way of fixing it.
