Very good meals in restaurant but room was too dark for me as i had trouble reading the menu. Young lady did a great when ordered and kept the drinks coming

Great location, nice staff, quiet. Our shower head was damaged but we made it work. Housekeepers were lovely. The restaurant was dark and a bit dated. The menu seems good but the cooks were not accommodating to us. A bit rude actually. The BBQ was not really useable either. Its comfy for a few days and across the road from IGA, Domino's, chemist, cafe and short distance to other cafes. Lots of tradies stay there and smoke in the car park.

Hi Gina, We at the motel do not have a BBQ for use as they are not ours. Any cooking facilities out and about would belong to guests personally. Sorry to hear we couldn't accommodate your requests; I do know with the breakfast we had stopped cooking 2 hours prior and don't have pancakes or waffles on our menu, however with enough notice we can make anything work. Please always call reception and advise of any issues in the room, a shower head is an easy fix at any hour. We look forward to seeing you again.

Clean and comfortable.
Clean, comfortable room. Only issue a lot of workers staying so left at 6 am. Also our room backed onto main road. Had meal at restaurant which was ok. Great bar selection. Staff great. Close to Shoos etc.

A great place to stay. Aliah and Brad are very nice people with great customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is close to everything you need. This is the second time I have stayed here whilst on a motorcycling weekend and will definitely come back next time I am staying in Kingaroy.

As a couple who work 7 days a week we did not expect to get a disabled bathroom as our standard room. Water everywhere on the floor and slippery. This was not shown in the photos we looked at, that we chose our type of room from. Had to ask for crockery and cutlery, as not in the room, even though it had a microwave and toaster. And when room was cleaned the bathroom floor still had heaps of water and they forgot to replace the tea towel to dry our crockery etc.

Great property in a very convenient location. The room was quite large and shower was great. Room had a fridge and a microwave and also a toaster. Very Happy and we would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay for two nights overall we were pleased. Only concern was the steep stairway that leads up to the bedrooms not toddler friendly as they like to explore. But would stay again in the future and plan ahead with a barrier gate

Clean and respectable, plenty of parking and the bed was so comfy. Bathroom could have done with an exhaust fan though as the excess moisture could be felt in the room and the bathroom tiles were quiet slippery because of it. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was value for money.

The place was close to everything we needed and was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were neat and tidy and clean. But the main bed had stains on the sheets which obviously either weren't changed previously or weren't washed properly. There was a cookie in the tea & coffee compartment which was opened and a bite out of it. Not sure if this was meant to be in the there for us or was left in there from previous guests. Either way hadn't been checked by cleaning staff. Over all the room was good enough for 1 night for our family.

Comfortable, clean but in need of maintenance. Light fixture broken, bathroom door handle broken. Exit and Entry at reception blocked by parked car unable to exit whilst someone at reception.
