Front desk staff was extremely helpful after a little hitch with the shuttle to/from the airport. Would recommend overall because of the proximity to the airport. Great breakfast as well !!

Room was large, like an apartment. Very spacious and well organized. Nice walk in shower. The breakfast time was great and the food was good. The toilet tissue was awful and there was no microwave.

It is very close to the Grapevine mills and so many food options around the area in walking distance. They offer transporation to the airport and the mall. Wifi was not high speed.

A clean and quiet property. They were overbooked and tried to move us to another property. Despite that, it was still a great stay. Breakfast was rather lackluster, but they also had a very full hotel to cook for. Hopefully they can replenish it until 10 minutes before closing in the future.

My only complaint is that the elevator was noisy and we could hear it from our room. The planes from the Airport were also louder at this property than other properties in the area. Please read room description because there was no microwave in the room. Still a great price for the location

The floor plan was nice. Everything was clean, and the bed and sofa were comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtains. And the staff was very polite and helpful.

The staff was absolutely great here! Though this property is in dire need of just some deep cleaning and an upgrade. It's definitely good for what it is though but I don't think I would stay here again unless they decide to invest a bit into the property. It's a bit worn down.

Most of the staff was very friendly and polite, but the building itself is not in the best of shape. Also found moldy bread in the breakfast line. Elevator had broken tile on the floor along with a mess on the same floor that looked like it had been a while. On a positive note, the room was clean, heat/AC worked well, and it was quiet.

What i didnt like is having a seat in shower as im handicap..what i really didnt like was my toilet was used by someone else an left for me to flush.
