Exterior of hotel was a little dated but the rooms were great. I believe they recently got refurbished, so everything was clean and smelled new. Convenient location…short drive to shopping and restaurants. Love that it was free to park, so many hotels charge for parking now.

Lots of things to say. Cruz and Shelly were wonderful and took great care of us and our convention party. The area around the hotel has nothing to recommend it. There is one expensive restaurant in the parking lot and really no other restaurants. No grounds to speak of. The Galleria is a drive away, nothing within walking distance. Very far away from downtown Dallas, one our one-way Uber rides was $47. All that being said, we did have a very nice time, due to the helpfulness of the staff.

This is my go to place when I'm in North Dallas...had not been in at least a year. The property is under renovation and truly needs it. Rooms are great....amenities are great...but the building is 'tired' and the elevators are all scarred up with graffiti and scrapes. They did say they were being 'replaced'....so give it a chance. It's so convenient on/off the highway.....but there are nicer places to stay. Hopefully, they will get their renovations done quickly. BTW.....the breakfasts are awesome!

Property was under construction and marketed amenities were not available. This was supposedly an upgraded property as my other property had become over sold, so Expedia transferred me to this property. Not happy.

Adequate and average
Average hotel, bathroom is very small and tight. Construction taking place with elevator and some noise and dust as expected. Major point for our stay was ease of access to highway and proximity to desired venues we were attending.

No microwave?
I was impressed with everything about this hotel, especially the service and cleanliness. The only think that I was upset about is that the room did not have a microwave. What's up with that?

We greatly appreciate this feedback. It's honestly one of the most requested items for the entire Hyatt Place Brand and we will continue to provide that to senior leadership. The hotel does keep a microwave available in the lobby 24/7, however they are not in the guest rooms. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank You.

We got the about an hr early and they were kind enough to allow us to check in-excellent customer service. The front staff was welcoming. Room was comfortable for our family. Breakfast was delicious- lots of options for everyone! The location is great lots to do around the area!

We had trouble with the ac in our room, we relocated to another one and it was fine. The hotel needs a lot of upgrades, most of it is old. We also had bedbugs in our room. I notified the staff after my stay and they told me that I needed to reported during our stay. They did say that they called a company and found nothing which I highly doubt since we all had marks in our body and my husband found one at night.

We take this matters very seriously, the moment it was brought to our attention which was several weeks after your departure, we called our national pest prevention vendor Ecolab, and had them visit the property. We pay a substantial fee to have the room professional inspected and they they did not find any activity. We sent you a copy of their report. We did encourage you that during you stay, if you have issues of any kind, always inform the hotel immediately so we can offer the highest level of assistance.
